Members authorize TPC Metzpoint to automatically debit the annual contribution amount from the specified bank account. The collection of the annual contribution takes place at the end of January.
If you want the collection of the annual contribution to be automatically debited from your account in one go, you don't have to do anything! So you don't have to open a link in the e-mails or transfer money via iDeal.
Please do not manually transfer money to TPC Metzpoint’s bank account. This generates extra workload for our volunteers.
These are the steps in the collection process
- At the beginning of January, the invoices are sent to the members by e-mail. This e-mail states the invoice amount and the collection date. The e-mail also contains a link where you can choose to pay in (maximum three) installments or to pay the contribution immediately via iDeal. For installment payment an additonal €1,21 per installment will be charged. If you do not choose anything, the amount will be collected automatically in one go at the end of January at no additional cost.
- A few days before the collection date you will receive a reminder by e-mail that it is the last day to choose installment payment or direct payment by iDeal. Here too, if you do not choose anything or do not open a link, the invoice amount will be collected automatically in one go.
- The invoice amount is debited from the account on the collection date. If you have previously paid via iDeal, then of course no direct debit will take place.
- If the direct debit is reversed, a process with reminders follows. Please respond to these reminders as soon as possible by paying the invoice or by contacting us via [email protected].
